• Digital files are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered.
• Image quality and color may vary depending on screen, printer, and viewing conditions.
• Chasiti Cassandra Photography LLC is not responsible for print quality from third-party labs.

Prints

• Prints are produced through professional labs.
• Slight variations in color, texture, or cropping may occur.
• All print sales are final unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion for damaged or incorrect orders if notified within 7 days of receipt, with photographic proof.

Booking & Inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry does not constitute a contract. A photography session is confirmed only after:

• A signed agreement
• Payment of any required retainer or session fee

Third-Party Services
